Stellar.org has been developed by Stepping Stones Consultancy Ltd as a resource for users of Stellar, and also as a research tool. This is still a beta site tool.

You can use it as a free tool to get a first experience of Stellar and ask yourself how well the organisation is doing. You can ask your colleagues to do the same thing.

We will also be conducting a series of research projects to understand the performance of organisations in different sectors, and these will be published.

Consultants and agencies can also use the resource to work with their clients. It is a facility that helps during workshops and can also be used to do research across the organisation, including tracking research. Tracking research enables an organisation to check progress towards "at our best" status.

Client leaders and change agents may also use Stellar.org as part of their own change and transformation processes.
