Stellar is used by many organisations and individual leaders. There is a growing network of practitioners in Europe, Australia, Brazil. Many of these are consultancies focusing on different aspects of organisation development and change, but there are also practitioners in the advertising agency community. Stellar has been built into the education program of school leaders in Finland, used by one person companies and by at least one company employing more than 100,000 people.
